We worked with Nuffield to develop, implement and communicate their new identity, Nuffield Health.
Logos, advertising, brochures, signage, trucks had to be designed to reflect the brand vision – to put customers at the centre. Colours, images, messages and tone of voice were devised to engage and empower customers – customer literature was designed along the journey that people experience, as they engage with the Nuffield Health brand.
Our integrated advertising campaign included brand advertising, as well as response-led communications, through radio, national and local press and direct marketing. The response from customers has been extremely positive, with some facilities barely coping with the surge in inquiries.
