CS Healthcare's challenge was to increase new business enquiries and conversions in a static health insurance market.

We embarked on research of their target audience, as well as an audit of their communications strategy, brand platform, web site and call centre performance. Then we redeveloped their brand and market positioning, responding to research by promoting price competitiveness and quality.

We have now developed a highly targeted acquisition strategy, including press ads, posters, inserts, online banners, search engine optimisation, aggregator site listings, DM, web site, and a member-get-member campaign, all coinciding with a new modular healthcare product.
