As part of our broad, full service responsibility for Ascot Racecourse, we developed a series of social media campaigns to engage customers and prospects in relation to key calendar events and significant announcements.

In the run up to Christmas we developed a ‘12 Days of Christmas’ giveaway, with unique Ascot related prizes and giveaways for Facebook followers to win each day. Offline advertising attracted new visitors, as well as outbound emails, tweets, posts and images distributed through other social channels.

In advance of major events and festivals we drip-fed followers with glimpses of new fashion campaigns, competitions, interviews and behind the scenes stills and footage. Facebook followers more than doubled over 12 months.

Premiership Rugby are responsible for the commercial running of the professional game in England, acting on behalf of all twelve premiership clubs to market and grow the sport of rugby in the UK and overseas.

Agency Inc have been responsible for instigating and supporting Premiership Rugby’s social engagement strategy, which has included a host of online competitions and games to gradually build interactions. For example, ‘Fan Face’ required rugby supporters to submit images of themselves supporting their team, ‘Stickers 4 Twickers’ was a nostalgic online collector-style sticker book challenge, and ‘Super 4s’ was a predictor game which lent on the Superbru platform.

The social activity has been underpinned by data collection methodologies, which have enabled Premiership Rugby to develop personalized URLs and site interfaces, with segmented content now delivered according to the specific demographics of each supporter.

This official tour operator for the Rugby World Cup in New Zealand turned to Agency Inc to develop a campaign to generate enquiries for Rugby World Cup travel packages. The campaign was also supported by Tourism New Zealand.

Our simple creative solution captured attention in an instant, delivered through a host of digital channels that included banners and MPUs, highly targeted facebook ads and emails, tweets, as well as national press and rugby magazines, supported by a gated microsite.
