To develop a series of tactical campaigns to engage geographically targeted prospects and customers for Chancellors Estate Agents, one of the country’s leading independent estate agency groups, including their London subsidiary, Anscombe & Ringland.


Marketing in the sector tends to be formulaic, rarely straying from images of picture-perfect houses, happy families, and honest looking estate agents.


For each campaign our objectives were to build brand awareness and perceptions, whilst driving traffic to the website. We developed eye-catching creative solutions and concise, memorable headlines appropriate to the whole mix of marketing channels at our disposal – utilizing online, press, 6 sheet posters, ticket gates, leaflets and digital display banners.
