Corporate organisers of Christmas functions are often overwhelmed with communications from a host of venues, all selling Christmas in a fairly traditional and predictable way.
We turned the focus on the live entertainment, created intriguing and exciting themes for each season, and avoided snow flakes and empty table settings.
The target audiences were reached through on and off-line ads, direct mail, and series of HTML emails, always supported by a themed micro-site. We also created stunning posters and window graphics to raise awareness amongst the local community, and carried the creative themes and identities through to the parties themselves.
Over three consecutive seasons we were able to increase sales and beat all the response and booking targets which had been set.
