Antony Roberts, an established estate agency network in south west London, wanted to retain front of mind awareness with their growing base of customers and prospects. We proposed and designed an email bulletin which could be segmented and tailored to deliver relevant, localised news and property details on a regular basis, at a fraction of the cost of door drops and direct mail.
The highly competitive property market in this region causes customer door mats to be littered with door drops and leaflets.
We created an engaging, topical, monthly e-newsletter to engage each identified audience segment, delivered with the same brand consistency and clever creative as we have used in print and advertising channels reaching the same audience. This enabled Antony Roberts to further differentiate their proposition, gradually building their reputation and perceived brand value amongst their core target customer groups.
The e-bulletins achieved a 50% open rate, with a 20% click through, far exceeding the targets set.
