To celebrate it being ‘50 Days to Go’ before Rugby World Cup 2015, Rugby Travel and Hospitality wanted to develop an experiential campaign to build awareness, create excitement and drive urgency around this important milestone, in the lead up to the Tournament. We needed to target an audience of High Net Worth Individuals as potential purchasers of hospitality packages for the best matches of the Tournament.
With the biggest matches of the Rugby World Cup 2015 already sold out, the best and only way to enjoy the games are with a VIP hospitality experience. And what better way to target corporate VIP’s than on their way to work?
Disrupt people’s morning routines on their way to work with a mobile, branded coffee cart emblazoned with eye catching images the Webb Ellis Cup and the ‘50 Days to Go’ message. We targeted 9 busy central London office locations over 3 days. Our street teams with branded T-shirts stopped passers-by and offered free cups of coffee and also distributed leaflets with hospitality package information.
Over 5,000 leaflets and nearly 2,000 cups of coffee distributed.
