The Genius of OOS
To launch the new ‘Online Ordering System’ to dispersed marketing teams at hospitals and health clubs across the country.
The new internal system was designed to allow marketing departments to create and adapt their own marketing materials in keeping with the new brand guidelines and templates which we had created for Nuffield Health.
Central marketing were seen as slow, restrictive and unreliable. This launch needed to build confidence in the team and the new systems.
Rather than simply issuing blunt instructions to the marketing teams, we first built interest with a teaser email and mailing, with clear, honest messages conveying the need to improve internal processes.
We then launched with two easy to use, comprehensive and engaging guides, plus a gift to reward take-up and active participation.
We achieved a 100% take-up amongst on-site teams. As a result, the central marketing team were able to shift their focus and responsibilities towards controlling and adding value to local campaigns rather than simply fire-fighting as had been the case previously.
