Cisco Partner Welcome Pack

Task

Cisco is a $50bn turnover global organisation that sells more than 90% of it’s products and solutions through channel partners. As a consequence, they place a great deal of importance on the quality of communications and support they provide to their partners. They asked Agency Inc to redesign a welcome pack and an associated interactive PDF for all newly enrolled, and re-enrolled, channel partners.

Insight

IT solutions companies are often overwhelmed with relatively bland tech and programme information at the start of each sales period, which they receive in multiple formats from a host of providers.

Solution

We created a single, substantive Welcome Pack to complement the online communications. All of the key pieces of information were collated into a robust and retainable plastic wallet, delivered in an eye-catching envelope. Separate packs were produced for partners and distributors.

Results

We received some great client and partner feedback on the packs, which continue to offer partners something of substance and value in support of their Cisco sales and training efforts.
