Bennetts Insurance

Bennetts, the UK’s largest insurer of motorbikes, turned to Agency Inc in the face of a drop in sales as the insurance market continued to shift towards comparison sites. Our full service role included the development of integrated campaigns to help the brand to reconnect with bikers, prompting direct enquiries and sales.

To demonstrate their understanding of bikers, our first marketing campaign began by tapping into a collective antipathy towards bad car drivers – the subjects of endless moans and jokes amongst the biker community. The national campaign was rolled out through press and magazines, and digital display ads, supported by an interactive site and facebook app where bikers could post their own evidence of poor car driving. It helped reposition Bennetts as the bikers’ champions, injecting life and personality into the sector.

Sales volume increased by a staggering 30% year on year, with a 94% uplift in quotes at the peak of the anti-car campaign.

Joint Investment Forum

We were appointed by four of the UK’s leading investment banks, namely Schroders, M&G, Gartmore, and BNY Mellon, to promote and drive registrations for the Joint Investment Forum (JIF) – a nationwide financial road show which enables the four groups to connect with their core customer base of Independent Financial Advisors.

Agency Inc delivered the brand and communications platform that has underpinned a hugely successful series of road shows for the last six years, a process which has included the development and positioning of a new brand identity, followed by integrated marketing campaigns to reach prospects, primarily through digital channels. We also created and animated the trailer films for use in emails, on the website, and during the roadshow events themselves.

Hillier Hopkins LLP, an experienced regional accountancy firm with offices across London and the South East, appointed Agency Inc to build awareness of their range of services amongst Owner Managed Businesses (OMBs) that had reached a certain size.

brand overhaul and repositioning

Specialist health insurer, CS Healthcare, appointed Agency Inc at a time when membership levels were declining.

We began by researching the customers, prospects, and former customers that had gone away, giving us a clear perspective to build the brand proposition around. A newly developed brand identity marked a break with the past, paving the way for new products and a much more confident tone to convey the benefits of membership.

The integrated activity, supported by a newly designed website, changed the fortunes of the company resulting in a 5.5% swing and a growth in policyholders for the first time in years.
