Companies House appointed Agency Inc after a full OJEC pitch process in 2004, ahead of 280 competing agencies. We forged an incredibly successful working relationship, addressing and delivering against their main strategic and communications objectives each year during a period of great change.
Several of our campaigns were recognized for national awards, most notably in successfully transitioning their 2.6million business customers to an electronic interface. We continue to work for Companies House to this day.

Bupa is an international healthcare company that serves more than 30 million customers.
Bupa Home Healthcare asked Agency Inc to develop a series of targeted campaigns, primarily focusing on senior level prospects in NHS Trusts and Clinical Commissioning Groups. We achieved a series of astonishing results from relatively modest marketing budgets, helping Bupa to quickly grow their market share in the Home Healthcare space. Agency Inc now manages the digital and direct CRM programme for Bupa Public sector.

We began by researching the customers, prospects, and former customers that had gone away, giving us a clear perspective to build the brand proposition around. A newly developed brand identity marked a break with the past, paving the way for new products and a much more confident tone to convey the benefits of membership.
